Previo al inicio de la movilización, un contingente de oaxaqueños descubrió al supuesto efectivo quien vestido de civil recababa información que presuntamente entregaría a sus superiores.Luego de ser golpeado, el sujeto dijo llamarse olivares sanatana Puga y trabajar para la corporación referida, por lo que los miembros de la APPO amenazaban con lincharlo.
Posteriormente el contingente partirá hacia la Plaza de la Constitución, donde participarán en un mitin y después se trasladarán al Senado de la República, donde instalarán un plantón en el que participarán más de cinco mil simpatizantes.
